PFAS treatment project — from pilot to full scale
From comprehensive pilot report to a full-scale treatment facility built in our own workshop and installed in insulated tents at the customer's site.
From report to full-scale facility
The process begins with a comprehensive report documenting all aspects of the pilot project. The next step is the construction of the full-scale treatment facility. We have our own production facilities where the systems are designed and built in plastic and metal.

In many cases, involving a consultant is beneficial — for example to determine the amount of precipitation a facility must handle, or to calculate different operational scenarios. Once production is complete, the facility is installed at the customer's site: in a building, a tent hall or an insulated container. In this project, the customer opted for insulated tents.
Follow-through to completion
We follow the project through to completion, ensuring everything runs as planned. A service agreement is typically established afterward, allowing us to perform regular maintenance and guarantee the system's performance — a system tailored to your unique water conditions and specific requirements.

Products used in this project

Flotation
Microbubbles lift particles and flocs to the surface, where they are scraped off — leaving a purified water phase and a thick, manageable sludge.
