Process water is water used in industrial processes such as manufacturing, cooling or cleaning. Depending on the process, it may contain chemicals, metals and other pollutants that require treatment before the water can be discharged — or reused.

Treating process water is not only a compliance question. By reducing organic content (BOD/COD) and nutrients at the source, you reduce the load on the municipal wastewater network and lower your discharge fees.
